1- We accept papers that have not been previously published in any other scientific journal or as part of a research paper or book chapter.
2- The journal will receive a soft copy of the paper via e-mail. The researcher's name and the title of the paper should be written on a separate cover.
3- The journal retains all copyrights and does not return research papers that are not accepted for publication. Also a written approval is required before republishing an article published by the journal.
4- The research must not have been previously published elsewhere.
5- Research is published on a first-come, first-served basis.
6- The journal welcomes the publication of scientific articles by specialized professors as well as the contribution of researchers by presenting recent books, studies and articles in all languages.
The journal requires submissions to adhere to the following specifications:
- The research must fall within the journal's scope of interest.
- The research paper should not exceed 5000 words or 20 pages; an additional charge of 20 Egyptian pounds per extra page (up to 15 pages) will apply.
- The research must contain an introduction outlining the topic of the research, its importance, the issue it addresses, and the gap it seeks to fill in the relevant literature. As for the topic itself, it should be presented using a logical and clear scientific method(s).
- The research or study must be accompanied by two abstracts in both Arabic and English.
- The research paper should include the following: a title of no more than 12 words, up to 6 keywords, an abstract not exceeding 250 words, a list of references, and a list of pictures, figures and illustrations, numbered according to what was mentioned in the research, if applicable.
- The research must be linguistically sound (in terms of both writing and meaning).
- Submissions will be reviewed by two expert reviewers from Egypt and other international universities. Based on their recommendations, the suitability for publication will be determined.
- The first page (cover page) must include all details of the author(s), such as name, current position, university affiliation, phone number, mailing address, and email for communication purposes.
- Submitted research must be original and not previously published in other journals.
- If any information, table, figure, or image from another source is used (whether printed or electronic), it must be properly cited in the text or footnotes.
- In the case of direct quotations, in addition to source citation, the quotation must be enclosed in quotation marks.
- Failure to acknowledge sources or quotations will be considered plagiarism and could affect the author’s credibility and the journal’s acceptance of future submissions.
- The author(s) hold full responsibility for the content of their published research, and the journal assumes no liability for published material.
- Unrecognized academic sources, such as encyclopedias or online forums, should not be relied upon.
- The APA style should be used for linguistic studies, while MLA style is recommended for literary studies for referencing.
